PAYMENT INFORMATION

Check or Money Order
Mail-in payments may be made by check or money order.  Create an account at the Designs for Living Comfortably Store, and shop as desired.  Select phone in order when checking out.  Contact information must include telephone number.  Print invoice and forward with payment to:

Shipping and Handling charges are added at checkout.  All phone in orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by DLC.

Credit Cards
Credit card payments  are accepted through PayPal.  It is not necessary to create an account at the Designs for Living Comfortably Store when paying by credit card.  All order information is submitted for immediate processing.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange unused merchandise. You may not exchange merchandise that has been altered from its original packaging. You are required to call in or e-mail us at returns@livingcomfortably.com for a return authorization number that is to be noted on the receipt exchanged with the item. For your protection, please send all returns via UPS or insured parcel post. Return shipping fees will be refunded if the product was shipped in error or the product received was defective.
